Lam is the Chairman and Partner in charge of tax and consulting practice in Vietnam. Lam worked for one of the Big Four since 1992 prior to joining RSM Vietnam and has over 30 years of experience working with multi-national corporations and Vietnam clientele in all sectors. Lam specialises in providing clients in local tax advice and other compliance issues relating to inbound investment.

Lam has advised many multinational companies on their investment structuring, investment strategies, foreign investment regulations, international and local tax planning and compliance. He has represented various companies and industries in their representations to investment and taxation authorities in matters relating to foreign investment and taxation policies, interpretations and Lam has worked, and enjoys, an excellent working relationship with various authorities.
Anndy Lian is an all-rounded business strategist in Asia. He has provided advisory across a variety of industries for local, international, public listed companies and governments. He is an early blockchain adopter and experienced serial entrepreneur, book author, investor, board member and keynote speaker.

Currently, he is appointed as the Chief Digital Advisor at Mongolia Productivity Organization, championing national digitization. He is also the Chairman, Asia for BigONE Exchange. He was formerly an Advisory Board Member to Hyundai DAC, Advisor to Asian Productivity Organisation and held key appointments at Singapore Business Federation and Singapore Institute of International Affairs.

Liem is an Executive BOD member, Executive Director Finance, cum. Chief Accountant of Vinamilk, He has over 26 years of experience in the field of finance and accounting and has held the position of Chief Financial Officer cum Chief Accountant since 2015.

Liem is a BOD member of GTNfoods JSC and he also serves as Vice Chairman of CFO Vietnam.

Liem holds Master Degree in Finance and International Business, Leeds Metropolitan University (UK),

Prior to joining Deloitte Consulting, Huy has over 30 years of advisory and direct management-operational experience, including holding CxO positions, at multi-billion dollar private and public firms in FMCG, retail, consulting, asset management, education, and property development industries in Asia and North America.

As an accomplished manager/operator, Huy has designed, installed and run entire enterprise value chain from procurement to point of sales for consumer packaged goods, F&B as well as property development and education businesses. To further improve these firms’ operational effectiveness, he has initiated major digital transformational work to expeditiously take a business to the next level of its organizational life cycle by way of rapid sales growth, operational excellence, and having robust and scalable decision support systems so that challenges/opportunities are identified early, decisions are made timely and actions are delivered decisively with measurable outcomes and sustainable impact
Huy possesses degrees in Law (Doctorate) from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Finance (MBA) from Illinois Institute of Technology, and Economics (BA) from California State University – Long Beach

Hoang is a Tax Partner and leads Financial Services Institute of Deloitte Vietnam Tax. Hoang has over 25 years of experiences in tax compliance, tax planning, tax controversy, finance, and business advisory services to the needs of multinational businesses operating in Vietnam in a wide variety of industry such as manufacturing, FMCG, banking and financial services, telecom, etc.

Hoang maintained a close and long – term working relationship with various tax authorities in Vietnam, both central and provincial, by frequently sharing knowledge, experiences and information about International tax practice. Hoang actively contributed to the contributions of comments / recommendations to Ministry of Finance regarding draft tax regulations via Vietnam Business Forum, VTCA etc. Hoang is a regular presenter at Tax Dialogues with representative of Minister of Finance as well as Leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Authority.

Hoang is included in Expert Guides “Tax Controversy Leader 2018”. Hoang is the President of the ACCA Member Committee in Vietnam, and is admitted to the ICAEW. Hoang is also a member of CPA Australia, VACPA (Vietnam). Hoang holds MBA degree (Beta Gamma Sigma recognition) at University of Hawai’i Shidler College of Business and an Advance Diploma of International Tax by CIOT (UK).
Mr Bach is the founder of AsiaInvest Group. He is a gifted expert with nearly 30 years working in corporate governance and finance, of which, over 11 years as Chief Financial Officer for Multinational Corporations and Telecommunication Firms such as TNT, Hutchison Telecom, HT Mobile.

Mr. Bach is Director of Alliance of International Corporate Advisors (AICA) in 2012 - 2013; Area President for Asia of International Association of Financial Executives Institutes (IAFEI) in 2011 - 2013, Board Member and Vice Chairman of Vietnam Association of Corporate Directors (VACD) in 2019-2023; Founding Chairman of Vietnam CFO Club (VCFO), Board member of Viet Nam National Real Estate Association (VNREA) 2016 – 2021, Advisory Panel Member of China-ASEAN Business Alliance (CABA) 2019 – 2021.
Truong is a Partner, Deputy Assurance Leader and Financial Accounting Advisory Services Leader of Ernst & Young Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia based in Ho Chi Minh City. He is also the Chairman of Public Practice Committee and member of the Member’s Council of ACCA in VN
In his 18 years at EY, Truong has provided exceptional client services to many large listed local and multinational companies in Vietnam, focuses on Real Estate, Consumer Product, Logistic and High Technology.

He is an specialist in Capital market and Cross border transactions, Auditing, Financial Accounting Advisory, International Financial Reporting Standards, and practical training.

Mr Dai is a Chief Financial Officer of Sovico Group, one of the leading business groups operating in the major industries such as Banking & Finance, Aviation, Real Estate and Energy.

He was a former partner of Ernst & Young Vietnam and in-charge of various audit engagements of clients operating in different industries such as financial services, real estate, manufacturing and commercial & trading business.
He has experienced in auditing, accounting and finance management as well as internal control.

He has provided various accounting trainings to enterprises and financial institutions as well as participated in conferences and seminars.
Mr. Yee Chung Seck is a senior partner based in Ho Chi Minh City and head of the firm’s M&A, TMT and Healthcare practices. Chung's primary practice focus encompasses foreign investment, M&A, private equity, venture capital, TMT, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, and is recognised as a leading lawyer for corporate/M&A and TMT in Vietnam. This includes his extensive experience in areas of foreign direct investment, market access and licensing, private and public M&A, commercial contracts, competition and anti-corruption compliance, data use and privacy, over a diverse range of industries, including e-commerce, digital services, consumer products, food & beverage, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, property, and aviation.

Chung also serves as Vice-President of the Singapore Business Group in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City Chapter); co-Head of the Vietnam Business Forum Investment & Trade Working Group; and Vice-Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce’s Digital Economy Committee, He graduated from the Law School of the National University of Singapore (1996) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar (1997).
Sharath Martin is ACCA’s Senior Policy Consultant, for the ASEAN and ANZ region. He works extensively in thought leadership and professional insights on contemporary business issues. 

Prior to joining ACCA, Sharath held senior risk and strategy related roles. These included with a Big 4 firm, a large listed palm oil producer and the Malaysian capital market regulator. 

Having lived and worked through the Asian Financial Crisis (97), the Global Financial Crisis (08/09), and now the pandemic-induced crisis, Sharath believes strongly in the need to think long term in a short-term world.

Sharath has a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Strategy, with Distinction, from the University of Oxford, Said Business School and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Dang The Duc is the founder and managing partner of Indochine Counsel. With more than 20 years of experience in business law practice in Vietnam, Duc has extensive expertise advising foreign clients in international and cross-border transactions in such areas of practice as inward investment, corporate & commercial transactions, private equity, M&A, securities and capital market transactions, corporate restructurings and project financing. Over the past several years, he has been involved in a number of major transactions for leading financial institutions, investment funds and multinational companies. In addition, he has substantial experience in advisory and transactional work for IPR, IT and technology related matters.

Duc has been recognized as a leading lawyer in Vietnam by various international publications such as IFLR1000, Asian Legal Business, Chambers Global, Legal 500 Asia Pacific, Asialaw Profiles, The International Who’s Who Legal, The Expert Guide – The World’s Leading Lawyers, Leaders in Law and Managing Intellectual Property.

Tim Evans is a senior international banker with more than 25 years experience operating across 3 continents 10 countries.

Before taking the helm at HSBC Vietnam, Evans served as HSBC’s regional head of Commercial Banking for International Markets in Asia-Pacific, covering Bangladesh, Mauritius, New Zealand, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

He was formerly HSBC’s regional head of Middle Market Enterprises in Asia Pacific, where he covered 19 markets, regional head of Global Trade and Receivables Finance and chief operating officer of HSBC’s Commercial Banking business in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, overseeing 10 countries.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nam is Partner/ Deputy General Director and also ESG leader - Assurance services at PwC Vietnam. He has been with the firm for 23 years. Before joining PwC Vietnam, he had worked for a local bank and gained relevant experience in international settlement.

With 23 years in the Assurance sector, he is one of our accounting technical experts for the Vietnam practice, specializing in both International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and Sustainability Reporting (SR). He has been the engagement leader on the audit, internal audit and consulting projects for both local and foreign clients in different sectors such as banking and securities, insurance, fund, real estate, hospitality, manufacturing and others.

Chau leads the national development agenda for global body of professional accountants, supporting teams across Vietnam in advocating ACCA’s work and value to the profession in upholding the very highest standards through thought leadership in education, professional insights, research, training and ethics.

Chau has been with ACCA for more than 4 years and posses over 20 years of experience in education management and career consulting. She is also the Director for Ho Chi Minh City Centre for Career Education Professionals Development (HCCEPD) (under Ministry of Labors, Invalids and Social Affairs) and was holding the role of the Director of Asia Pacific Career Development Association (APCDA) in 2015-2019.

Chau is a Member of Industry Advisory Board of RMIT University Vietnam.

Mr. Hiroaki Endo is a Executive Director - Head of Retail Business at PGIM Japan. He is a senior research fellow at Japan Association for CFOs. He has been involved with the association since its establishment. 

Hiroaki Endo was a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price International Ltd. He is the head of Relationship Management in the Global Investment Services division at T. Rowe Price, Tokyo. 

Mr. Endo has 27 years of investment experience, 12 of which have been with T. Rowe Price. Before joining the firm, he worked at the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC).
Tsutomu Mannari is a senior research fellow at Japan Association for CFOs (JACFO). He has been involved with the association since its establishment. He has been participating many financial leadership & strategy seminars as a speaker and a facilitator or a panelist of the discussion both from practitioner and executive viewpoints not only for Japanese financial professionals and practitioners but also for foreign practitioners and students.

Tsutomu Mannari is currently stationed in Ohio as North American Regional CFO and an executive committee member of Nifco Inc. a listed company in Japan and a major plastic parts manufacturer for automobiles. He had been working with Sanyo, a Japanese electronics company for 30 plus years since his graduation of Yokohama National University, Major in Economics. After Sanyo was acquired by Panasonic, he was transferred to Haier in 2011, a Chinese Electronics Giant together with the Asian Household appliance Business of Sanyo and had served as a Regional CFO in charge of Japan and Asia region before he joined Nifco in 2015.

While Mr. Mannari had been staying in Los Angeles as an assistant treasurer of Sanyo US operation, he passed USCPA exam and CCM exam. He also earned a status of Permanent CCM (certified by AFP).
